TroopPlanner v0.49.0

Almost all of this release is reliability and safety work you will not see. The one visible change is on the phone app.

What's new on the site

The phone app

• A page you have already opened now comes back when you lose signal. Before this, every address showed the same generic "You're offline" screen, whether or not you had ever been there. An /app/ page you have visited now returns with its own content and its bottom navigation. A page you have never opened still shows the offline screen, which is the intended behavior — the app can only give back what it has already seen.

Behind the scenes

Nothing here changes what you see on the site.

• A stuck import now ends as "Failed" with a message, as it always should have.
• A release could briefly hide a member's permissions. Fixed.
