Every troop has parents who can teach first aid, lead a climb or run a cooking session. TroopPlanner helps you find them.

• One email, no login. Send a skills survey to one adult or to all of them at once. Each person gets a private link and fills it in.
• Ask what matters. The survey covers hobbies, sports, outdoor and Scouting skills, and skills for older Scouts. It also asks which activities they'd help with and which merit badges they'd be willing to counsel.
• See everyone at a glance. The volunteer list shows each adult's position and how long they've served. It also shows whether they've answered the survey, and you can open any answer in one click.
• Keep track of who you've asked. Log a conversation straight from the list, so the next committee chair knows who has already said yes, or not yet.
• Prioritize volunteers by who might leave next. The volunteer list can sort by who is most likely to leave - people that have been serving the troop longest, and those with scouts aging out soon.

• Know what's lapsed. Each document carries effective and expiration dates. One filter shows what has expired or will expire in the next 30 days.
• Families can upload their own. If you allow it, parents add their documents directly, so a leader doesn't have to chase and re-file them.
