Attendance is the record everything else leans on. Camping nights, service hours and hiking miles all come from it, and a Scout cannot be credited for a trip nobody marked them present on.
From the event itself, tap Attendance.
Cannot remember which events still need doing? Open Events in the sidebar and choose Attendance. That is the Missing Attendance list: every past event nobody has filled in yet, each with a button straight to its sheet.
Make that list your Monday-morning job. It is the shortest route to a troop whose records are actually right.
Every member gets a row with one pill on it. That pill both shows the answer and sets it, exactly like the RSVP button families use. Each tap moves to the next answer.
Not marked. Every row starts here.
They came. One tap from the start.
They told you beforehand. Not the same as absent.
No show. One more tap goes back to not marked.
Each tap saves on its own. There is no Save button at the bottom, and closing the page loses nothing.
Only mark the people you are sure about. A row left at --- is honest. Marking everybody present to clear the screen is how a troop ends up crediting a camping night to a Scout who stayed home.
A full troop is a long list. Two filters sit above it.
Show narrows the list to Scouts or Adults. Handy when the Scouts are the ones being credited and the adults are just drivers.
RSVP narrows it by what people said they would do. Start with the ones who said yes, mark them, then look at who said nothing and turned up anyway.
Filtering only hides rows. It never changes an answer you have already given.
A campout is worth camping nights. A hike is worth miles. A service project is worth hours. Scouts need all three for rank, and this sheet is where they come from.
The phone version has the same sheet with bigger targets, which is the one you actually want standing in a parking lot at the end of a campout.
Open the phone version, tap Events, open the event, and choose Attendance. It shows on past and in-progress events.
Mark people as they walk past you. It beats trying to remember on Tuesday.
Most of these are a permission or a draft event.

| Somebody is missing from the list | The sheet lists active members. If they have been archived, or never added, fix that on the roster and come back. |
| The camping nights did not reach the Scout | Credit only follows a Present mark. Check the row is Present and not Excused, and that the event has a default set. |
| The event is not on the Missing Attendance list | That list holds past events with nothing recorded yet. If somebody marked even one person, it drops off. Open the event directly. |
| I marked the wrong person | Tap their pill until it comes back round to ---. Nothing is locked, and there is no undo to hunt for. |
